Not knife nor bludgeon
Have shattered my broken heart
But a simple word.
Had this haiku scribbled on the back of a paper in my coat pocket. Decided to upload it. :>

I think I would have loved to see the actual note. :D Maybe even the handwriting would have emphasized the feelings you had at that moment.

I really do like this put into the structure of a haiku. Nicely done.

Hurr, my feelings at the moment? I recall I was drinking Dr.Pepper in a tea cup with my pinky up and watching the rest of my troupe play Mafia. Not really sure what I was feeling then. |D;;

I looked for it so I could show you but uh, can't find the thing anywhere. It'd really suck if I threw it away after uploading it. But really, it's such a small piece of paper in a messy room... xD

Thank you so much! :heart:

Yeah yeah, sometimes words hurt more than physical harm, we all know that. But I love how this was crafted, how you've given that common notion a structure that makes it resonate. At least that's how I felt it. Great work.

And I wonder, what is the word? "No," comes to my mind :)

Ahaha, I'm not really sure myself, the words for the haiku just kinda came to me. O:
No is really a strong word though, in some cases.
